Chevron Doctrine Overturn

If you have no idea what the Chevron Doctrine is and what the implications of it being overturned are, I encourage you to look it up.

I feel the overturn is right in line with Project 2025 and is one of the first steps of dismantling large swaths of the federal government. It takes power away from some important agencies that give us all various protections. Think OSHA, NLRB, EPA, etc.

Laws can now be interpreted by judges without any input from experts that work in these various federal agencies. I don’t want a judge that isn’t an expert in aviation interpreting flight safety laws! (Just an example…)
